Mr. Romesh Koul
Romesh Koul, a Post Graduate Diploma in Hotel Management from Institute of Hotel Management, Pusa, started his career as a Management Trainee with jaypee Group at their hotels in New Delhi and left in |984 to join Hotel Corporation of India at their unit at Srinagar. He joined Hotel Banjara Hyderabad in 1986 as Assistant Front Office Manager.
After 6 years of operational experience with various hotels, Romesh joined In Hotels Management Services Private Limited, a specialised consultancy organisation promoted by Mr. A.N.Haskar, Chairman Emeritus, ITC. Subsequently, he joined Tourism Finance Corporation of India (T FCI) in |990 and was responsible for appraising more than 200 hotel projects. Romesh left TFCI in 1996 to set up his own company “Naaz Hotel Consultants Pvt. Ltd.” to provide specialised tourism related consultancy and need based services to new entrants in the hospitality industry. Today, Naaz advises various operational, project and financial matters to individual hotel promoters /groups.

Mr. Anil Sharma
Anil Sharma graduated from IIT Roorkee (|982 batch). He started his career with Bharadwaj Bharadwaj & Associates and worked with them till 1984. He joined Kabil Associates- a USA based firm and worked with them until 1989. During his tenure he worked on various prestigious projects like, USIS Calcutta, US Chancery Burma, US Consulate & Consular Residence Lahore. In addition he worked in America for over 6 months on various other projects of Kabil Associates.
In 1989 Anil started his own practice ofArchitecture by the name of ASA (A Sharma Associates).The first project done by him was won through a limited competition. This was a Hotel project at Pune later on branded as Holiday Inn Pune. This project was awarded "The "Best New Hotel of the Year in Asia Pacific region" by Holiday Inn worldwide. Since then ASA has been involved in various reputed Hotel projects all over lndia ASA has also designed two large projects in Kazakhstan.
