"What was most pleasing to me was the quality of the delegates and the exhibitors. Most delegates were either pertinent hotel operators or owners of one or more hotels. In the exhibitors also, new items were being shown. "I was taken by surprise when I received a call from the Hi-Aim 2014 management that I had been selected to receive an award. For some time I did not take the call seriously. But soon I received another call & then an e-mail, giving me names of other awardees. It was an impressive list. It was then that I took the invitation seriously, and attended the function with my son Rohit Raj who is an Architect. We were both very impressed with the way the award ceremony had been organized. It was a dignified and exquisitely arranged function followed by an elaborate dinner.
