Guidelines For Exhibitors

A. LIST OF MATERIALS AND SERVICES BEING PROVIDED FOR EACH STALL IRRESPECTIVE OF THE SIZE OF STALL

• Side walls made by Octanorm Exhibition Panels. The dimensions of each panel are 2.5m x 1m. On these Octonorm panels, digital poster / Flex can be displayed using double sided tape only, as no nailing is allowed on the Octonorm panels.
• One table made of Octonorm system with white laminated top.
• Two folding chairs
• Three Spotlights per stall of 9sq.mtrs.
• One power point of 5 amps., 220 volts AC/50 Hz
• Carpet will be provided for the Stall / Passage
• Facia plate with name of the company in uniform capital letters.
• Dustbin

B. EXHIBITION SCHEDULE

Exhibitors are requested to bring their material to the venue on February 6th, 2020 after 0600hrs and please complete display of exhibits by Thursday 0900hrs, February 6th, 2020.

We will provide the bearer space on Thursday, February 06th’ 2020 for interior designer stalls for the fabrication of the stalls / pavilions.

• Exposition will open on Thursday, February 06th’ 2020 at 1000hrs – 2000hrs.
• Exposition will open on Friday, February 7th, 2020 at 1000hrs – 1900hrs.

Exhibitors are requested to remove their exhibition material on Friday, February 07th’ 2020 by 1900hrs.
No wood work, cutting and painting will be permitted inside the exhibition area due to security reason / fire safety norms.

C. STALL FABRICATION

Printed Flex mounted on wooden or iron frame costs are as follows;

1. 3m X 2.4m panel with flex printed and mounted INR 5500 per panel
2. 2. 2m X 2.4m panel with flex printed and mounted INR 4500 per panel
   (Designing & artworks to be provided by the client)



Lights for panels

1. 1m long LED batten lights INR 700 per light



Platform

1. 3m X 2m wooden platform with carpet INR 4500.00

Please Note:

If the exhibitors need the extra power supply, please specify the electrical load and sent the details in advance to above mention address. We will be charge Rs.4000/kva for the extra load. Multiple extension board is not permitted inside the exhibition stall.

Please Note:

All custom built stall/pavilion holders will be allow for the fabrication of interior stalls after the security deposit of Rs. 5,000.00 for the maintenance of the area.
