Registration Fees with Room at the Aloft Kathmandu (3 Nights)
Single Occupancy	INR 51,000 + 18% GST
Double Occupancy	INR 81,000 + 18% GST

Registration Terms and Conditions

• The Registration Fee includes Registration Kit, Admission to all Sessions, Inaugural function, Lunch, Tea/Coffee Breaks and Cultural Evenings and Dinner Organized by the host.
• Conference registrations will not be confirmed until the completed form and the correct payment is received and processed by the Registration Office.
• Registration Fee is not refundable, in any case.
• Please Note No Travelling Allowances will be given to any of the Participants.
• The Organizer will not assume any responsibility whatsoever for any damage or injury to persons or property during the Conference.
• Organizer reserves the right at all times to make any changes to the Conference Programs in its sole discretion.
• All payments should be sent at the earliest so that your participation/accommodation may be confirmed to avoid any inconvenience at the last stage.
• Access to the exhibition and networking area throughout the event
