It was wonderful. All industry leaders were there, and I’m glad that I was among them. The introductions were very informative. It was really good.

I’ve been a part of Hi AiM for a number of years except the last one. It always seems to improve itself. I am a regular attendee at some of the other hospitality conferences in multiple places. What I find here the quality of engagement is very different. The topical understanding is less of brand marketing but more usable thought process and it encourages discussion instead of just being you know slap shorts onto it and the good thing here is that there is a lot of participation, the architects and the interior designers were sometimes is not there in some of the other ones. I kind of find it very enjoyable

I believe the 12th year of Hi-AiM, in my experience, has been absolutely brilliant. Over the year what Hi AiM has accomplished is remarkable; they have brought integrity and convened everyone onto one platform. I consider this to be the greatest forum for the Indian industry on the hospitality landscape as it provides comprehensive insight from planning to architectural features, and also takes into account current phenomena of environmental and social governance. The conference was brilliantly handled by Shri Koul and Shri Sharma. They have been able to get all the stalwarts of the industry here, though I don’t understand stalwart myself, but I think this is the forum where everybody interacts with one another in a very free environment, and there is so much knowledge that you gain by listening to the new trends, what is happening and remain current and contemporary.

It was a pleasure to attend to recent Hi Aim conference in Kathmandu and my sincere congratulations to the Hi Aim team for delivering a high-calibre hotel conference. No wonder it is so well attended and enjoys such a prominent standing on the annual hospitality calendar! In addition to the excellent networking and product exhibition, the presentations and panel discussions were informative, engaging, and thought-provoking, providing valuable insights and perspectives on the latest trends and developments. The speaker lineup of Owners, Operators, Architects, Designers and other domain specialists were well selected. What was appreciated was not just that they were knowledgeable, but also passionate about sharing their insights with the audience. On a more personal note, my grateful thanks to the Hi Aim team for felicitating me with your gracious recognition of my contribution to Hospitality.

I have been participating in Hi AiM for many years now, and I always find it very interesting. This year's topic was the social responsibility of hospitality. There were alot of good sessions, and we enjoyed them a lot. It’s a great place to work with your peers, colleagues, and the younger generation. It's the best place to interact.

My experience at Hi AiM has always been very wonderful. I think Mr. Sharma & Mr. Koul do a wonderful alchemist of bringing brands, architects and vendor partners together and it’s like a family. There is a lot of love in the conference, and that is what I love about attending the conference every year and seeing it grow.

It was my first visit to Kathmandu, Nepal, and it also happened to be my first time atthe Hi-AiM conference. As an operations person, it was great to meet the individuals who put up the spaces where people like us earn a living, live the brand, and deliver the promise. It was great to connect with architects, interior designers, and various technology suppliers, all under the overarching theme of social responsibility. We need to be commercially viable while also being responsible towards future generations, and this awareness was emphasized. We had a fantastic set of panellists, including the insightful venerable Mathew Richard, who talked eloquently and with great humour about what and why we need to be selfless towards future generations, to make sure that our efforts don’t impact in any adverse way on what we do while we earn our living, provide returns to our shareholders, and deliver promises to our guests. Overall, it was a great experience.

This is an excellent platform created by extraordinary people. It has been successful since the beginning. It's great to see the entire hospitality fraternity continuously supporting the event, especially in this fantastic venue, Kathmandu. We thoroughly enjoyed the entire conference; the quality of information and knowledge shared across the vertical is excellent, and the participation from the ownership side and various consultants is phenomenal. I really enjoyed it and am looking forward to the next version of Hi AiM.

Hi-AiM 24 has been a great experience, with well-thought-out subjects, detailed discussions, and bold conversations. I believe if you could convert this into a white paper and circulate it, it would be a significant effort and a step forward for the future of hospitality, which is currently growing by leaps and bounds.

I think this is a fantastic forum not only to network with people within the operational fraternity of hotels but also a great platform to connect with professionals like interior designers, architects, MEP consultants, etc., whom we don’t meet regularly at other conferences. It provides an excellent networking opportunity and a chance to understand the latest technologies not only within hotels but also beyond. It's a great opportunity to learn.

My experience with Hi-AiM was wonderful. I have been and will continue to be part of Hi AiM. Whether it's in India, Nepal, Colombo, or anywhere else. Hi-AiM is an excellent platform where hoteliers, interior decorators, and managers meet and are technically guided to create good standard hotels, whether it's a three-star, four-star, or five-star hotel. I had the pleasure of attending the Hi-Aim Conference & Exposition held at Hotel Aloft Kathmandu Thamel on February 1st and 2nd, 2024, and I must say, it exceeded all expectations. From the moment I stepped into the venue, I was greeted with an atmosphere buzzing with innovation and enthusiasm. The lineup of speakers was truly impressive, covering a wide array of topics ranging from cutting-edge advancements in architecture to sustainable development initiatives. Each session was meticulously curated, offering valuable insights and sparking engaging discussions among attendees. Whether you were a seasoned industry professional or a curious enthusiast, there was something for everyone to take away. The highlight for me was the speech by Mr. Matthieu Ricard, Dance by Students from Anushruti (India) and Helping Hands (Nepal) and meeting the industry professionals from all over South-Asia. The showcasing of latest equipment and advancements of the industry was an outstanding feature. The discussion on ESG was quite crucial and important for the industry. Last but the least, really appreciated the Felicitation from your end, it really made my trip a memorable one. Thank you!

I think this is my sixth or seventh Hi-AiM. I believe each time brings a fresh change and many innovations. It’s a brilliant platform where all of us in the design fraternity come together, work, and play—that's the main thing. And of course, we gain so much knowledge from these panel discussions, which are very fruitful. Here, we can project our views on various matters, discussing what they are and what they should be. I think, all in all, it's a very enriching experience. Very nice.

I would really like to extend my thanks to the Hi-AiM organizers, especially to Mr. Romesh Koul and Mr. Anil Sharma. I think with Hi-AiM, what they have done is created a great platform for industry colleagues to connect. A lot of people in the forum today include consultant designers that we often work with. So, I think it’s a great platform to actually go behind the scenes, work, and connect with industry colleagues who work behind the scenes at the hotel.

This was my third Hi AiM, and I had religiously followed it. There were great networking sessions, met many architects, vendors, and members of the fraternity as well. I thoroughly enjoyed it and look forward to the next conference.

It was a fabulous experience. It was great to meet industry leaders, seniors, and my peers. It's not every day that you come across all these people and exchange ideas. It was my first time being a part of Hi AiM, and I saw a lot of knowledge being shared Many esteemed individuals from the industry, from stalwarts to upcoming stars and stars of tomorrow, were part of the conference from all across, especially India. Years ago, when I was stepping into the hotel industry, I used to admire certain individuals as great hoteliers, and these individuals came and shared their own experiences, what they have done in their lives, and how they have contributed to the hotel industry. Sharing the stage with them, and exchanging experiences, was truly wonderful. As a chef, we get to learn about food from so many other places, but where is the opportunity to learn about the intricacies of the hotels, what is involved in making a hotel successful, and transforming a brand into a successful one? We've had people speaking from the pre-independence era of hotels in India to what India is today in 2024, with examples coming from Ayodhya and all across the country. It was fantastic, with great insights and knowledge shared. Of course, it was also very nice when I had a session with renowned chefs from India. Even I had the opportunity to share the kind of knowledge that I have gained, and it’s truly amazing.

It was great. I have attended almost all except last year. I have been attending the conference since its inception. For me, it was a good experience with so many top people in the industry speaking, and I loved to listen to them and learn something because learning never ends. I did learn and enjoy a lot, as well as the hospitality of Hi-AiM.

I really enjoyed the conference. It's been a very warm and friendly crowd, not too big, and plenty of time to meet everybody. The sessions were very relevant and interesting. It was great

Hi-AiM is always wonderful to attend. It is an amazing platform to meet colleagues and various owners from both India and Nepal. You know, it has been held in Nepal for a couple of years now, with representation from various brands and suppliers who provide valuable products to the hotel industry.

I think it was a very well organized event, and I have met some very interesting people, and have had great conversations. The team here at the backend has been extremely motivated. We've had a great, warm experience. Couldn’t have asked for anything better. Wishing you all many more such events.

It was wonderful. It's my third Hi-AiM. It's always great to learn, meet new people, and get involved. The best part, in my opinion, is the collaboration among different groups, all coming together in one place

The conference was the first time I attended. It was quite extraordinary and positive because we met people from our fraternity. Although we had fun on the side, there was a lot of work that got done, lots of new people, new technologies, especially for my generation, who are not necessarily in touch with everything that happens. It was lovely.

Like last year, it has been fantastic. I'm very happy to be here. It’s a good space to be in, where I get to meet so many people from the industry, upon which we all rely for survival. Very happy to be here.

Hi-AiM conference has been a very interesting two-day event filled with architects, interior designers, and consultants. It's been a highly enriching experience with some great sessions and interesting presentations from vendors.

There are very few conferences like this in Nepal, which is good for our country as we get exposed to consultants, architects, and all the knowledge-sharing. It has been a very nice experience.

I would like to convey my utmost gratitude to Hi AiM for inviting me as a panellist at the Hi-Aim conference. It was indeed fruitful for me to gain so much of knowledge on the hospitality sector itself and to share my own views on the topic social responsibility on such a wonderful platform as the Hi-Aim.
