It was a pleasure to connect with the hospitality industry, consultants and friends after a 2-year hiatus. Hi Aim has always given a different platform for discussions from a project planning perspective and all rounded approach with stake holders. Various topics covering architecture, interior design, MEP, technical planning, technology - build up over the 2 days and gives a sense of seeing a hotel building come up by approaching the 360 degree viewpoint in the discussion. The evening networking also enables a good exchange of ideas and connects both old and new.

“After months of webinars and online interactions, it was a pleasant relief to be able to meet friends, colleagues and stalwarts from the Hospitality Industry at Hi Aim ‘2022. The session that I was moderating was along the same lines, which made this year’s conference even more apt for me at a personal level. Over the years the Hi Aim Family has grown, and seeing old and new faces at this year’s conference made me realize what we had been missing out on due to the Pandemic. It was wonderful to see my friends and colleagues from the industry gather under one roof, after a long-time post pandemic and kudos to you and everyone involved in doing so. What was unique for me was that the panel brought out what each panelist truly felt, as there was no prior discussion on the topic and the debate was impromptu. This I think should continue to be the way forward so that we can exchange our honest views and share information.

This was my first HI-AIM and I must take the opportunity to congratulate the organisers. The conference was very invigorating and was well attended by a cross section of eminent professionals from the Industry. It was great to meet old colleagues and share with them the developments of past few years and how we all have come together as one big family and showcased resilience, pragmatism and some out of the box measures in order to survive during these horrific times! I am pleased to see Hi Aim becoming an important event in the hospitality calendar.

Hi AIM is an unique platform to me as its focused clearly and primarily on hospitality. That’s why I really enjoy it and the conversations and discussions are fruitful and informative.

Hi Aim 2022 was a melting pot of open minded and driven individuals. It was indeed a much needed insightful session to brainstorm on significant industry aspects in a post COVID era. The topics of discussions were mindfully selected and the inputs and insights can surely be implemented in practice for betterment of the organizations. I thank the Hi Aim team for inviting me as a panelist for the “Directions for Hotel Development post the pandemic” session at the Hi-Aim Conference & Exposition held on April 28th – 29th, 2022, in New Delhi. I found the sessions to be informative and engaging, while providing an excellent platform to network with fellow industry colleagues and experts. The organization has always adhered to high quality standards and these forums are well attended by hotel owners, hospitality trendsetters and consultants. I do appreciate the Hi Aim conference focusing on the technical attributes of hotel development and construction. It not only helps facilitate discussions on new projects, but it also initiates relevant conversations with potential owners planning and building hotels in South Asia.”

HI AIM conference was a great opportunity to interact with the fellow Hospitality industry peers. I felt that the agenda and the meetings were very well planned with focus on current recovery of the industry from the Covid Pandemic. The insights received from the fellow consultants and brand technical services were great and gives a clear direction towards which the industry is currently heading towards, looking to bounce back from the impact of pandemic. Ascentis being a focused Project Management for hospitality, with 80% of our projects as branded hotels, we appreciate the invite to be a part of this conference & look forward to next year!!

Hi-Aim – is the brainchild of 2 renowned professionals – one from the Hotel and the other from the Hospitality design fraternity. I think this in itself was a brilliant idea to get perspective from the 2 main pillars from this industry, without whom setting up a hotel would be a far cry. Congrats! to the team for having successfully conducted the 10 Annual events, and getting together under one roof, a galaxy of professionals each year who are directly / indirectly connected with the hotel building. If my memory serves me right I have attended 5 of 10 conferences conducted so far, the ones that I missed out on would surely be for good reason. The events always gave me a feeling of homecoming and interaction with this wonderful family of like-minded professionals to interact and deliberate with a great sense of bonhomie. Lastly, I extend, once again, to the entire Hi-Aim team my deep sense of gratitude to have considered honouring us with an Award that we shall always cherish, will be closest to our hearts amongst all Awards we have won so far and perhaps will in the future - of course, at the risk of being presumptuous!!! Looking forward to many, many more, and congratulations to the team once again.

18. Thanks for inviting me to the great event it was a pleasure meeting the entire team and the entire hospitality fraternity. I would like to suggest to make the entire event more interactive and involving the audience as during panel discussions most of them get bored and loose interest, I suggest that you engage the audience by having more presenters and kind of 2 architects presenting as a jugal bandi a same type of project and how the approached the design and how the overcame the problems or something similar where audience is connected instead of them just getting up and going out of the hall. Hope this would help, sorry it’s only a suggestion

At the outset I would like to thank yourself and Anil for organising this event and for the hospitality extended to delegates. My opinion was that the panel discussions were focussed and there were several take aways for all attendees who were from different hospitality verticals. I would have liked a little more time to be allocated for these panel discussions by cutting down time allocated to vendor presentations. Overall the event was received well.
