As an invited speaker she gave prominent talks at TEDx Germany, Smart Geometry Hong Kong and CIBF Congress by AIT in Hamburg Germany and got featured in CNN. She was judge in WAF 2017 and is returning as a judge to WAF Lisbon 2021.

Kiran Andicot holds the position of Regional Vice President, Hotel Development with Marriott International based in New Delhi, India. Mr. Andicot joined Marriott International in January 2006 in their development planning and feasibility department. Before joining Marriott, he worked with the real estate and hospitality consulting division of Ernst & Young in Dubai and prior to that with HVS International in New Delhi. Prior to HVS, he spent over seven years working in hotel operations with the Taj and Oberoi group at various locations in India. Praveen focusses on environmentally friendly practices including energy conservation, reduction of emissions and carbon footprint through energy efficiency programs, the use of renewable energy, the conservation and recycling of water and more.
Mr. Senthil Kumar a graduate with a distinction from school of Architecture, Hosur has also attended Executive Business courses from IIM Ahmedabad, IIM Kolkata and ISB Mohali was the lead architect of Design Bay Architectural Firm based out of Ras Al Khaimah (UAE), where he had been involved in a reclamation Hilton resort. Mr. Senthil joined Hilton in 2008 as Senior Regional Director of architectural, design and construction (AD&C). Mr. Senthil is handling projects in India, Nepal, Bhutan & Bangladesh as part of the Southeast Asia Team and overseas design and construction of Hilton projects in these countries as one point contact for hotel owners till handover to operators. The key focus of Mr. Senthil is to work closely with hotel owners and their professional team to ensure the best techniques, methods, processes are adopted to deliver excellent Hotels.
Romesh Koul, a Post Graduate Diploma in Hotel Management from Institute of Hotel Management, Pusa, started his career as a Management Trainee with Jaypee Group at their hotels in New Delhi and left in 1984 to join Hotel Corporation of India at their unit at Srinagar. He started his career as a Management Trainee with Jaypee Group at their hotels in New Delhi and left in I 984 to join Hotel Corporation of India at their unit at Srinagar. He joined Hotel Banjara Hyderabad in 1986 as Assistant Front Office Manager.
After 6 years of operational experience with various hotels, Romesh joined In Hotels Management Services Private Limited, a specialised consultancy organisation promoted by Mr. A. N. Haskar, Chairman Emeritus, ITC. Subsequently, he joined Tourism Finance Corporation of India (TFCI) in 1990 and was responsible for appraising more than 200 hotel projects. Romesh left TFCI in 1996 to set up his own company “Naaz Hotel Consultants Pvt. Ltd.” to provide specialised tourism related consultancy and need based services to new entrants in the hospitality industry. Today, Naaz advises various operational, project and financial matters to individual hotel promoters /groups.
Sahil Khan is currently the Senior Director of Design and Technical Services for Radisson Hotel Group in South Asia and has two decades of experience in Design Management and Project coordination of Luxury to Upper Mid-Scale Hotels. His key responsibilities include rolling out of eight Hotel brands in the subcontinent and Indian Ocean. He is responsible for the oversight of all design and construction related activities for new build projects and major capex projects within the region and is actively handling a portfolio of more than sixty-five hotels in different stages of design and construction. Previously, Sahil has worked with world class hospitality chains such as The Oberoi Group of Hotels, Emaar India. In his last assignment with The Oberoi Hotels & Resorts, he was actively involved in development of Luxury Hotels in Africa, GCC, Far East, Indian Ocean and Indian Subcontinent and was directly responsible to the Group Executive Chairman, Mr. P.R.S. Oberoi. Sahil has been part of various hotels which have been consistently ranked as No. 1 in Asia and India by Leading Travel Magazines and Journals. Anil Sharma graduated from IIT Roorkee in the year 1982 and started his career with Bharadwaj & Associates in the year 1982 and worked with them till 1984. Thereafter, he joined Kabil Associates, a USA-based firm, and worked with them until 1989. He worked with them on various prestigious projects, namely USIS Calcutta, US Chancery Burma, US Consulate and Consular Residence in Lahore. In addition, he also worked in the US office of Kabil Associates for 6 months. In the year 1989, he started his own practise of architecture by the name of ASA (Anil Sharma Associates). His first project in Pune was later branded as the Holiday Inn Pune. It was also awarded "The Best New Hotel of the Year in the Asia Pacific Region" by Holiday Inn worldwide. Since then, ASA has been involved in various reputed hotel projects all over India and has designed projects in Nepal, Bangladesh and Kazakhstan as well.

Vandana Saxena heads a dynamic Architecture and Hotel Interior Design practice based out of Gurgaon, India; established in 2012. Vandana has a keen eye for detail, a logical mind and strong design aesthetic. Siraj along with his Architect wife Renu set up a design practice -"Siraj & Renu". in the early 80's in Hyderabad & extended their practice, establishing offices at Bangalore & Chennai. Designed & conceptualised Hotel, Hospitality & Development projects primary focus being on Hotels, Hospitality & F&B spaces in India & Abroad. The firm has designed & implemented 65 plus hotel developments in addition 30 / 35 million sft. Residential & Commercial projects. They have won numerous Awards - Instituted by reputed ID related organisations such as IIID which they won 3 consecutive years from 1996 to 1999 & thereafter many more awards in the field of Architecture & Hotel design. Over the years, they have been prominently featured in trend setting I.D. publications including Inside Outside, Elle Décor, C W Interiors, IFJ & they've seamlessly enjoyed extensive coverage in major national publications. Most recently S&R won the most prized The Realty Plus- Conclave & Excellence Awards 2020, by BW Business World in two select Categories - "Sustainable Design Architect of the Year" & "Hospitality Project of the Year" 2021. In December 2021, they were prominently featured in the Business Connect magazine as India's Top 10 Hospitality Designers.
Amit, Regional VP - Development at Hyatt Hotels & Resorts, has played a key role in enhancing Hyatt’s distribution in India and South West Asia region for more than 12 years. Prior to joining Hyatt, Amit worked as Director Development - South Asia at IHG for more than 3 years. He has a holistic experience of over 24 years of in the hospitality industry that includes business development, consulting, hotel pre-openings and operations. In his earlier assignments, Amit has worked as a consultant at HVS New York and also served as general manager of select service hotels in the eastern coast of United States. Amit graduated from IHM Mumbai and obtained Masters in Hospitality Management from University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
Aniruddh Kumar, a qualified Chartered Accountant, have 25 years of diverse
experience in the field of Finance, Accounts, Investments, Merger and Acquisition,
Development and Growth as well as Asset Management.
Aniruddh has started his career in 1998 as a trainee for a chemical manufacturing
Company.
Aniruddh has worked with leaders of the Hospitality industry such as Aman resorts,
Leela Hotels & Resorts, Duet India Hotels., Starwood, Marriott and Accor.
Aniruddh's work experience ranges from Hotel operation finance, Corporate
Finance of Hotel owning companies, and Hotel development from the operator
side as well as from the ownership side. Hotel investments include acquisition,
financing and equity investments.
In his current role, Aniruddh spearheads Accor's growth in the South Asia region,
which include India, Nepal, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and Bhutan.

is instrumental in delivering projects under various brands reflecting her
strategic thinking and vision of crafting design led spaces.
In her previous assignment she was associated with Taj Hotels, Resorts &
Palaces and has conceptualised brands like SeleQtion Hotels, Qmin, new
age Vivanta and Ginger Flagship.
Prior to Taj she was associated with Starwood Hotels & Resort and have
delivered positioning of various Starwood brands.
Reema is known for her passion and visionary outlook towards each
project and have been recognized for launching many award winning and
design led hotels
A professional hotelier with over forty years experience in the hospitality industry. Born in Delhi in 1957, he completed his schooling from Mayo College, Ajmer and did his postgraduate diploma in Hotel management from the Oberoi school of Hotel management in the year 1981. During his tenure in the industry so far, he has had the opportunity to work with the finest hotel companies, which include Oberoi hotels, The Park Hotels, Bharat Hotels and Shanti Hospitality Group. As Vice President Operations with Bharat Hotels he was responsible for managing and operating the group’s hotels, which included large format Inter-continental hotels in key metro cities. As President and Chief Operating Officer of Nidra Hospitality ( Shanti Hospitality Group ) and later Director, he was responsible for managing the groups hotels and acquiring third party hotel contracts for management. Presently as a Head Development of Shanti Hospitality Management Services Private Limited his primary role is to grow the portfolio by acquiring more hotels across multiple brands.
